But relaxing really does wonders to your body. It helps to bring your stress level down and consequently increase your health. Take at least 10 minutes a day to wind down. Listening to music is a great therapy. Slow, gentle soothing music proves to improve our creativity, learning and memory. Renew yourself from your mundane routine. Listen to your body. It needs to be refreshed everyday and every other weekend. It is okay, take a quick break. In fact, it is necessary. Recharging gives you the energy to move everyday. Now, I’m not talking by consuming all those energy drinks here. Recharge here I mean is a process that takes time. And it’s called sleeping. All living things need to rest. Neither of us are designed like superheroes nor built like factory machines to run 24/7 365 days straight. In some cases we wish we are but unfortunately, no. Do yourself the favour. Your body balances itself and releases ”repairing hormones” for your body while you sleep. Not only it keeps your body healthy, it helps you to fight sickness as well. Feel the after effects of a well rested night after the “repair crew” come to your rescue.
